HOW TO ORDER ON LINE

If you know the product number of the items you require, the quickest way to select these items is to use the Search function.

For example, on the Home page, on the top right hand corner, you will see a box headed “search”. Type in the product number required ie 12618 and click on “go”. This will then take you directly to that item number.

If you require further information concerning that variety, you simply click on the number description or picture and this will display the cultural information.

Once you are happy with your choice, enter the quantity you require and click on the “buy” button. You then continue, using the same method until you have chosen all the items you require, and once you have finished selecting your items, you click “Basket”. The next window displayed will give you a summary of your order, including the total cost.

You can at this stage, remove any items if selected incorrectly, and once you are completely happy with your selection, you click “Check out” and complete the information required, clicking on “Continue” at the bottom of the page until your order has been successfully placed.

Finally a Kings logo will appear with text below saying thank you for your order. Click on okay to return to the front page.

If you do not know what the product number is, click “Shop” and select a category from the top level ie Vegetables. Click on “Vegetables” and then click on the letter to which your variety refers to ie Cabbage – Click on “C”, which will take you through to all the varieties which begin with a C and you simply select the item you require, and follow the same instructions as above.
